Having fun playing with some PaperArtsy stamps at the moment, this large tag thingy was background coloured with Distress Inks and Vivids then stamped with Squiggly Ink plates - a little bit of Fired Brick Crackle paint was added down one side and some gorgeous ribbon from Blonde Moments to finish it off.
I was having a little play with textures on this Frida Canvas, lots of Gel Medium and scrunched up tissue, mesh and other bits were added to the canvas first then Alcohol Inks over the top - it was looking very dark at that stage, so brightened it up with some Adirondak Dabbers in Sherbert Pink and Silver.
Busy, busy, busy, June kinda flew by, the last few weeks spent drowning in the deliciousness that is October Afternoon. Although, would you believe it I still haven't grabbed any for me - this little pile is nearly all gone now so I think I'll have to wait for the restocks to arrive before I can play.
Still - I have had a good stroke, so that will have to satisfy me for now.
I've already bagged my place high up in the queue for the new release which hopefully won't be too far behind, but hey considering this lot was ordered way back in February I won't hold my breath !!
Having successfully ran an online craft shop for many years, the time had come to take it easy and find more time to create and play. Of course I couldn't leave it there and signed up as a Independent Stampin' Up demonstrator. A fabulous range of high quality products and a brand new craft room, what a great combination !
